Four Post Car Elevator

OverView：

This GPARK-LPF is a simplified and economic version of car elevator. lt used to move cars from one floor toanother. lt is hydraulic driven, piston travel can be customized according to actual foordistance.ldeally,FP-VRC requires an installation pit of 200mm deep, but it can also standdirectly on ground when pit is not possible.Multiple safety deyices make FP-VRC sufficiently safe to carry a vehicle, but no passengers at all conditions. Operation panel can be available on each floor.

1.   Floor mounted 4 post heavy duty car elevator for outdoor use.

2.   Customized design based on requested lifting heights, lifting capacity and number of floors stops.

3.   Hydraulic drive system with horizontal cylinder and synchronized dual-chain lifting ensures the platform deck remains leveled throughout the vertical travel, even with off-centered loads.

4.   Hydraulic power unit and electric panel are protected inside ergonomic compact size console with portable operation box.

5.   The lifting platform is specially equipped with a pneumatic safety device, so that it can be safely locked at any working point when it stops, making it easy to get on and off the vehicle without shaking.

6.   Side barrier fences fixed on the platform deck to ensure safety and visibility.

7.   Thick reinforced steel platform minimizes deflection and maximizes stability.

8.   This car lift is ideal for lifting cars among ground, upper & lower levels.

9.   Steel parts are shot blasted and 2-layers spray painted with desired color.
